The problem:  Easy access to a recovery strap. Where did we put the recovery strap?  Digging the recovery strap out of a box or bag. Where to put a wet strap?

The solution:  A recovery strap holder. One that’s easily mountable inside or outside of the vehicle (bumper, tire carrier, roof rack). Lockable. Non rusting, Light weight, non sparking. Finally an easy way to access a recovery strap

The ORTT Strap Keeper (part #5007) is made of light-weight aluminum, so it won’t rust. It’s also lockable, so would-be theives won’t leave you strapless (from a towing perspective, that is).
