The new 2005-2006 Ford Super Duty 4WD 6" and 8" Suspension Lift Systems featuring "Double XX ", the dual Xtreme Pro Runner 2.75 Remote Reservoir Shock.
Pro Comp's exclusive "Double XX" suspension systems feature four massive "Xtreme Pro Runner 2.75 Remote Reservoir" shocks up front and two 6-way adjustable MX6R reservoir shocks in the rear designed to provide superior fade resistance and heat dissipation.
- 3/16" thick, welded construction coil towers incorporate heavily gusseted extended bump stops.
- CNC machined billet steel "Double XX" lower shock mounts.
- Stage II tubular radius arms with large diameter rubber bushings contribute to the plush ride and reduce road noise.
- Heavy duty track bar relocation bracket and drop pitman arm maintain correct operating angles and reduce bump steer.
- Replacement rear springs provide lift, firm handling and improved load leveling ability.
- 6-way adjustable MX6 Reservoir shock absorbers in the rear provide ride control to keep up with the front.
Reports from Pro Comp's Research and Development team show these premium remote reservoir coil over shock based systems delivered performance and ride comfort superior to the factory single coil and shock arrangement. These systems are available in 6" and 8" lifts. Deployed on trails or urban highways, a Pro Comp "Double XX" equipped Super Duty achieves a custom ride and appearance.
