Murray, Utah- July 24, 2006. Tera Manufacturing, Inc., manufacturer of TeraFlex suspensions, low range gearing and HD axles,
introduces the newest suspension system for YJ Wranglers.
The latest innovation from TeraFlex is the ultimate YJ spring-over suspension system available today. The main feature of the
FiberFlex Kit is the Fiberglass mono leaf springs with TeraFlex spherical Flex joints. Offering unparalleled road & highway
handling for the trip to the trail, the FiberFlex Kit also provides the necessary articulation off road to get you through the
toughest trails.
The Fiberglass springs are designed to allow full suspension travel and articulation while maintaining superior axle-wrap control
and minimizing the effects of wheel hop during high torque situations. The characteristics of the Fiberglass springs make them
perfect for steep climbs and off camber situations where stability and balance are essential. For extreme durability, the springs
feature a heavy duty flexible polyurethane finish to resist rock abrasion. The TeraFlex High Steer System and S/T Sway Bar System
are included to finalize the ultimate YJ suspension system available.
The FiberFlex Suspension System is designed to provide 5” of total lift and will allow up to 35”x12.50” tires to be used. For
vehicles with existing spring-over kits, a base lift kit is available to replace only the necessary components (leaf springs).
The FiberFlex kit comes with the TeraFlex No-Fail lifetime warranty on the Fiberglass springs; if they ever fail for any reason,
Tera Manufacturing, Inc. will replace them! All other suspension components feature the TeraFlex lifetime warranty against defects.
